Community and Schools Projects

An important part of our work is to help educate children and the wider local community. We are seeking to reconnect people with the way food is produced locally, to inspire them to eat healthy fresh food. We support initiatives like The Department of Health Five a Day Programme.

The response we get is very gratifying and can be quite dramatic particularly with school children, who when introduced to healthy eating in the right way are very receptive. Some schools even report behavior improvements amongst the pupils once they are eating a more healthy diet with plenty of fresh vegetables.
